Parallel parsing is still the major item to clear for 10.0. But the current dyninst master already dropped libdwarf and depends on libdw. So, for libdwarf testing purposes, current master well represents 10.0.Â

Any thoughts on the release 10.0? We are wondering if we can drop
libdwarf in the next version of rhel.  ÂI can start testing upstream
dyninst with that version of rhel.
