Subject: [Condor-devel] NEGOTIATOR_MAX_TIME_PER_SUBMITTER no longer useful?

NEGOTIATOR_MAX_TIME_PER_SUBMITTER will bound the amount of time theNegotiator will spend with a Schedd. In the new world of 7.6 and asyncnegotiation, does this param still serve a purpose?
