[Gems-users] Problem in simicsfs installation

Dear all,

 

I am a newbie to simics. I am trying to install simicsfs but I get parse error when I try to insert. scsi-cdrom or ide-cdrom is not listed when I issue the list-objects command. Following is the trace.

 

simics> new-file-cdrom /home/apatel/research_home/images/simicsfs.iso
CD-ROM 'iso0' created
simics> cd0.insert iso0
Parse error: No name space 'cd0'
simics> list-objects

I would really appreciate if anyone to could help me with this issue.
