Hi,
Try typing "cd" and then pressing the Tab-button once or twice. Simics
should give a list of all commands or symbols it knows that start with
"cd".
In my case, the cd-drive is called 'cd25B_2_6'.
I suppose you can also verify this in your configuration scripts.

Dear all,
I am a newbie to simics. I am trying to install simicsfs but I get parse
error when I try to insert. scsi-cdrom or ide-cdrom is not listed when I
issue the list-objects command. Following is the trace.
simics> new-file-cdrom
/home/apatel/research_home/images/simicsfs.iso
CD-ROM 'iso0' created
simics> cd0.insert iso0
Parse error: No name space 'cd0'
simics> list-objects
Component Class Object
-----------------------
Class Object | Class Object | Class Object
-----------------------+------------------------+-----------------------
<file-cdrom> iso0 | <file-cdrom> simicsfs | <python> python
simics>
I would really appreciate if anyone to could help me with this issue.
Sincerely,
Avinan
