Office hours canceled on Nov 14; Deprecation of EL7/EL8 Modules on HTC system

Hello CHTC users,

 

We have two important announcements this week:

 

Office hours canceled on November 14

 

Office hours will be canceled on Thursday, November 14 due to an event CHTC is hosting. We will still have office hours on Tuesday, November 12 from 10:30 am - 12 pm.

 

Deprecation of EL7/EL8 Modules on the HTC system

 

This announcement concerns users of the HTC system who rely on modules for their software needs.

 

As part of our operating system transition, we are deprecating modules that are compiled for EL7 and EL8 operating systems on Monday November 18. See the below table for affected modules and their corresponding solutions.
