CHTC Info session on November 5 / Office hours canceled on Nov 5

Hello CHTC users, 

 

Two quick announcements for next week: 

• If you have a new CHTC account, consider joining our November 5 information session
• Office hours are canceled next Tuesday, November 5; for in-person support that day, see below. 

 

Information Session

We are hosting an information session on how CHTC can help researchers accomplish their computational goals. This session is aimed towards prospective users and users who have just gotten an account. After the presentation, there will be time for Q+A and hands-on help from the CHTC Facilitation Team. We encourage you to share this with your colleagues who are interested in learning more about the CHTC.

 

• This session will be held on Tuesday November 5 in Room 1170 in the Discovery Building from 2:30 pm - 4 pm.

Office Hours

Additionally, normal office hours will be canceled on Tuesday, November 5. Users seeking office hours on that day can come to the end of our information session at 3:15 pm for in-person assistance. We will still have our Thursday office hours over Zoom on Thursday, 11/7, from 3 pm - 4:30 pm.
