Directories not available: /staging, /projects, /software

Hello CHTC users,

 

This message is for ALL users, especially:

• HTC users using the /staging, /projects, or /software directories
• HPC users using the /projects directory

 

Users are currently unable to access the above directories either from the access points / login nodes, or from inside of a job. The networked file system backing these directories is experiencing critical issues. Our team is currently investigating the cause. 

 

Note: The /home, /scratch, and /software directories on the HPC system are unaffected by the above issue, as they are part of a separate file system.
