Dear Colleague,

The Office for Science and Technology (OST) of the Embassy of France in the United States has opened the call for applications for the 2017 FADEx (French-American Doctoral Exchange) program focusing on Cybersecurity.
This seminar aims to enhance scientific exchanges between American and French Ph.D. students working in the same field of research in order to encourage the development of French-American collaborations in the future.
Ten students enrolled in American universities will be selected to participate in the program and offered a grant to cover a round trip ticket to Paris, travel within France, accommodations and most meals. US citizenship is not required. The jury will base its decision on the scientific excellence of the students and their motivation.
 
The FADEx program will take place in France from June 12 to June 16, 2017.
 
- Two seminars will be held in Nancy and in Rennes: The seminars will allow the US and French Ph.D. students to present their work on cybersecurity. Workshops will also be conducted in order to study scientific and technological convergences between the participants.
- One day in Paris (program to be defined)

Application Information: Applications can be submitted until March 10, 2017.
