Re: [HTCondor-users] absolute quota not being honored

Hi,

You can check the actual configuration (Effective Quota, Use surplus, etc..) with `condor_userprio -quotas` for group_a.

BTW, dynamic quota to an extend. I am able to specify a percentage and it almost comes to the percentage of total slots. AbsoluteÂdoesn't work.Â

Using absolute quota, I have something simple like this

GROUP_NAMES = group_a
GROUP_QUOTA_group_a = 10

I have GROUP_ACCEPT_SURPLUS as false.

When I submit 100 jobs, I can confirm the accounting group looks like this:
AccountingGroup = "group_a.userA"
AcctGroupUser = "userA"

I see 39 jobs running. Why is that? I would expect only 10 to run.Â
