BTW, dynamic quota to an extend. I am able to specify a percentage and it almost comes to the percentage of total slots. AbsoluteÂdoesn't work.Â

I have GROUP_ACCEPT_SURPLUS as false.

When I submit 100 jobs, I can confirm the accounting group looks like this:

AccountingGroup = "group_a.userA"

AcctGroupUser = "userA"

I see 39 jobs running. Why is that? I would expect only 10 to run.Â
