Hi, I recently have upgraded from Fedora 18 to 20, which also comes with a newer version of condor: 8.1.1 I am kind of aware of a problem with Fedora and Condor 8.x.x (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1000106), for which I set in the condor config: USE_CLONE_TO_CREATE_PROCESSES = False
Just for the record, the above problem on Fedora 19 and above was related to a change with the GNU C++ compiler optimizer on these newer distros, and has been fixed in the HTCondor source code as of a couple weeks ago. Future HTCondor releases (i.e. releases dated later than Jan 25 2014) will no longer require the above workaround.
