The following solution may
work:
1) please specify interface
= *.*.*.* in condor local config file, which prevent condor
use interface 127.0.0.1
2) open the port needed
by condor

I am facing the problem after job submission. Job is submitted but remains Idle. I have checked Schedlog.log file but I could not understand the reason of errors.
