The following solution may work:

1) please specify interface = *.*.*.*  in condor local config file, which prevent condor use interface 127.0.0.1

2) open the port needed by condor

Hi,
I am facing the problem after job submission. Job is submitted but remains Idle. I have
checked Schedlog.log file but I could not understand the reason of errors.

11/6 00:19:15 (pid:3528) attempt to connect to <115.186.28.20:9620> failed: connect errno = 10061 connection refused.
11/6 00:19:15 (pid:3528) ERROR: SECMAN:2004:Failed to create security session to <115.186.28.20:9620> with TCP.|SECMAN:2003:TCP connection to <115.186.28.20:9620> failed.

Please help me how can I solve this problem.
