Hi John, I'm starting to dig into the code. I think I'm digging in the right place. I haven't attempt compile the code with debug flag turned yet. So this may be haphazard, and I apologize in advance. I'm starting my code reading in condor_startd.V6/startd_main.cpp. In the main_init function, a ResMgr is created to manager Resource(s) of the executing machine resources, which seems to rely on a public daemonCore object to populate the ClassAd object. Am I on the right direction? Also, I used wireshark to capture the message traffic and I noticed a message stream from the executing machine to the central manager machine on port 9618. BTW, I had a bunch of ARM boards lying around decided to setup 1 central manager machine and 1 execute machine. Is the socket communication called in the daemon_core_main.cpp? Because I don't see any code that actually starts socket communication in the startd_main.cpp. Thanks for your help, Nick On Thu, Jun 16, 2016 at 12:56 PM, John M Knoeller <johnkn@xxxxxxxxxxx> wrote:
