Thanks for the reply.. It is already enabled..The steps i am following are

read-configuration file.check
instruction fetch trace instruction fetch mode
istc-disable
dstc-disable
cpu-switch-time 1
magic-break-enable
load-module ruby
ruby0.int
ruby0.load-caches
roby0.clear-stats
c
ruby0.dump-stats
