| Subject: | [Gems-users] Segmentation fault (SIGSEGV) in main thread |
|
I want to enable WATTCH power model in GEMS. The problem is, by setting WATTCH_POWER to 1 in config.defaults, I get segmentation fault right after "opal0.init": Segmentation fault (SIGSEGV) in main thread The simulation state has been corrupted. Simulation cannot continue. Please restart Simics. Starting command line. (May have skipped commands in script files.) I have searched the archive and found this SIGSEGV is reported already. Seems to be a bug, but I don't know how can I trace to exactly find the source of the problem. I also searched the source codes to see what is happening by running "init" command but didn't find anything. What is the main thread? // Naderan *Mahmood; |
