Thanks, after I pass that error. At the same stage I am getting the following error;

  Boot path: /ssm@0,0/pci@19,700000/scsi@2/disk@0,0:a  Boot args: -rv
ERROR: Illegal Instruction

Any ideas on this?

You need to unzip the ISO first, then point the scripts to the unzipped file.
