I think you can use L1Cache in the file specification.
L1Cache/L2Cache/Directory in the specification file is used to calculate
the node id in the topology.
Also if you take a look the generated files of MOSI_SMP_bcast which has
a single cache controller, the files generated are for L1's and
Directory and none for L2.
My feeling is this should work.

Hi All,
I am trying to use single cache controller for both L1 and L2 in CMP
(like the released SMP protocols with GEMS) and for that I want to use
FILE_SPECIFIED topology. But I am not sure what name I should use for
ext_node ( like the traditional one ... ext_node:L1Cache:0 int_node:0
link_latency:1 bw_multiplier:72... uses L1Cache, L2Cache).
Can anyone please tell how to do that?
Thanks in advance,
Hemayet
