[DynInst_API:] commit: fix for version macros

Jim reported that when building things other than Dyninst, the 
preprocessor definitions from the Dyninst build system weren't present, 
and so we had no version information for Dyninst/Symtab/Stackwalker.
These components now get their version information from a generated 
version.h, in common/h. This ensures that there's an authoritative 
source of DYNINST_MAJOR_VERSION etc in builds that use Dyninst.
