Fixed the package target so it only builds in a git repository (as it 
uses git-archive to make a tarball).
Added package tarballs to .gitignore.
Moved default docs install to share/doc.
Tagged 9.0.1.

I haven't posted a fresh tarball to paradyn.org yet, but I will before I 
leave today assuming that nobody reports this one as horribly broken.
