[DynInst_API:] how much work would it be to enable binary rewrite on ARM?

Hi,

I'd like to use the binary edit features on an ARM platform, as I see from
a previous post, ARM support is currently not being worked on. Just 
wondering
if I want to port a subset of the functionality (those related to static 
binary rewrite)
to ARM myself,  how much work would that be? And also any tips on
how that should be done?
