Fix for idling GPU jobs on CHTC

Hello CHTC users,

This email is intended for users of the HTC system that have submitted GPU jobs recently.

We received reports of some jobs requesting GPU resources staying in the “idle” state and not matching to machines for days. We have investigated and fixed the misconfiguration.

Users with idle GPU jobs should fully remove and resubmit their jobs due to an incorrect _expression_ in the jobs’ attributes. Newly submitted jobs should experience a more typical wait time in the queue.
