Hello,

Unfortunately,  Last Thursday's upgrade of the Condor pool was preempted 
by work on submit-1.chtc.wisc.edu.
As a result,  I would like to go ahead with the Condor upgrade Tuesday, 
Jul 10.  This will have the side effect of restarting any running jobs.
If this is a problem for urgent workflows, please let me know.
