Additional details:

1. We plan to prevent further condor job submission on Sunday at 6:00pm.

2. Any jobs that are running on submit.chtc.wisc.edu at the down-time, 
we will TRY to move to submit-1.chtc.wisc.edu.  THERE IS NO GUARANTEE 
THAT WE WILL SUCCEED IN MOVING THE JOB, so you are best off simply 
letting current jobs finish and start up new jobs once the transition is 
complete.
Please let us know ASAP if there is a deadline that anyone is fighting 
that conflicts with this, so we can work out a plan.
