CS & Affiliated Faculty,

The CS Department Welcome Weekend for prospective graduate students is on March 9-10 this year.

Your participation is crucial to the success of this event. You will have the following opportunities on Friday, March 9:
  • Short interviews with prospective students. Find your next RA!
  • Dinner and drinks at the University Club, courtesy of the Department.

Please mark your availability for interviews and dinner on this form:

Interaction with faculty is the main reason prospective students attend Welcome Weekend.
We appreciate any time you spend with them.

We will also need help from your current students
Ideally, current students in each research area will be available to discuss their work with prospective students.
Please encourage them to fill out this form, indicating their availability that Friday afternoon.

The entire Welcome Weekend schedule can be found here:
http://sacm.cs.wisc.edu/welcome/schedule2018.shtml
Feel free to email us if you have any questions.

***If you are unavailable for interviews, you may also have students from your lab interview them instead. If this is the case, enter your students' names and office numbers in the "notes" section when you register.

Regards,
David Merrell & Varun Sah
