[os-reading] No reading group this week- changes for next week

Hi all,

Let's skip reading group this week as the number of students meeting has
dwindled to 2.

Also, we will meet on Thursday noon next week instead of Friday noon, a
temporary change just for next week (so that many students will be able
attend).  Please do let me know if there is any conflict.
