[condor-users] submit jobs from Windows to Linux

Anybody can tell me how to submit jobs from Windows to Linux?

I'm trying to send an linux executable from a Windows machine to a 
Linux, and I obtain the message into the StarterLog file:

couldn't create dir /home/condor/execute/dir_xxxx : Permission denied

but I've already gave all privileges to this directory.

Anybody knows what's happening?
