Hello Oliver,

We had a power outage in wee hours of Saturday morning. Unfortunately, 
several hosts did not come back up after the power outage. We have been 
working all weekend to restore services.

The details are in the status page: https://status.osg-htc.org/

I can reply here when the CHTC HTCondor repositories come back online.
