We calculate RSS and PSS populated in condor_q, based on that we inform user memory waste percentage(sometimes also remove jobs if too much waste for long period of time), Can try with CPUs as there were a lot of CPUs metrics( I couldn't relate it to RequestCpus so wouldn't raise alerts currently on that)
