My spool logs disks are not shared, but will increase there throughput and iopsÂ

Will check for if there is any use case for HPC_annex

I was particularly looking if I should change Collector/Scheduler file descriptors workers values as more workers might give more performance

Also is there any way to use for different ports to reduce network congestion on master?
