[HTCondor-users] Cheating on QUEUE_SUPER_USERS

One of the preconditions for QUEUE_SUPER_USERS to be effective is that 
the (en)listed accounts have to have previously submitted at least one 
job. Only trouble is, not all admins submit jobs yet they have to be 
able to administer other people's queues.

Is there any way that I can cheat and make some accounts appear (to the 
QUEUE_SUPER_USERS mechanism) as if they submitted jobs in the past 
without actually doing it? Maybe manually add them to some accounting 
files or something in that line?
