[HTCondor-users] Concurrency limit and sched level splitting

Hello Experts,

I am hitting the issue mentioned in [1] with condor 24.0.3.Â

Is switching to consumption policy the only solution to improve the matchmaking while using concurrency limits? or some other knobs added in the intermediate versions?
