Hi Gagan,

as Bert already explained, there is no way for Condor to know the 
locality of job inputs. For every kind of storage system, you would need 
to implement an option to establish a pre-knowledge of relationships 
between file locations and jobs as such - and somehow evaluate it during 
matchmaking including a history of previous job file locations and 
allocated EPs.
