Re: [HTCondor-users] Memory limits in docker universe

Mike:

Are you setting Request_Memory in your job submit file?

Hello Condorians

Iâm running a job that requires lots of memory in docker universe. I can run it manually on a worker through docker no problem, but when I run in docker universe through HTCondor I get this:

Error from slot1_1@<ip_addr_here>: Docker job has gone over memory limit of 128 Mb

Is there a way to pass an argument that ignored memory limits for docker on a worker? Iâd prefer not to have to change the condor config files, although I could possibly do that as a last resort.

Thanks for any leads!

Cheers,
Mike
