Thanks for the crosscheck and offline followup. Iâve now also checked a few HTCondor clusterâs of other people.

It looks like the issue affects every Collector that reports only to itself. That matches the single-collector clusters I run and checked as well as the one-way-HA setup that Thomas runs.
I havenât quite grokked the code [0] that handles DaemonStartTime and DaemonLastReconfigTime, but there are special code paths for same-collector updates (in the collector code as well).

It would be great if someone could double-check whether the attributes are present only on collectors that report to other collectors, and missing from those that only report to themselves.
