We are upgrading to Condor 24.0.14 (not 24.0.15). Would it be acceptableto update these dependencies on our execute nodes to the newer versions(Pelican 7.21.1 and Apptainer 1.4.4) while still running Condor 24.0.14?I want to make sure this combination remains fully compatible.

I expect that combination will be fine, but as far as I know wehaven't tested it.
