Hi Jeff,

is the plot showing the CM or the summed AP truth(s)? The sum of job 
slots (cores?) is from the APs' Condor jobs/shadows or is it from the 
APs' CondorCE jobs/shadows? (The CondorCE collector/schedd is not 
noticing necessarily immediately status changes of the routed LRMS jobs 
- from my gut feeling the CE checks its LRMS job with the default cycle 
frequency)

Can you check, if the differences is in the shadows on the APs vs the 
collector slots?
