[HTCondor-users] Failed to see htcondor using DNF search.

We have installed Rocky 9.6 and downloaded and installed the

https://research.cs.wisc.edu/htcondor/repo/23.x/htcondor-release-current.el9.noarch.rpm

After dnf makecache we cant find htcondor, only a couple of rpms:

 #  dnf list --available --repo=htcondor

What may be wrong here? It works with Redhat 9.4 and should it work with Rocky?
