We are withdrawing the HTCondor 24.2.1 release.
Systems where the EXECUTE directory has been changed to the empty string
may be at risk of data loss. Systems with the default or an existing
working configuration are not at risk.
We plan to release an fixed version next week.
- The HTCondor Team
