Hello Thomas,

The pcre2-tools package is found in the CodeReady Linux Builder repository on Enterprise Linux 8 and 9. To enable this repository on RHEL 9, run the following commands as root:

    ARCH=$(/bin/arch)
    subscription-manager repos --enable "codeready-builder-for-rhel-9-${ARCH}-rpms"

We are encountering an issue with the installation of HTCondor 24.0.2 on a freshly installed RHEL 9.5 system. The installation fails because the dependency on the 'pcre2-tools' package defined in the 'condor-upgrade-checks' package cannot be found.   - nothing provides pcre2-tools needed by condor-upgrade-checks-24.0.2-1.el9.x86_64 from htcondor

(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)

Could someone please check this assumption and show us a solution?
