What is the hold message of the job?  

run

   condor_q -all -hold  

on the AP to find out.   

The authentication error in the NegotiatorLog is not likely to be related to the job going on hold, but you need to look at the messages in the log before the DC_AUTHENTICATE error to see what the negotiator was trying to do when it got the error.

Actually i had configured all of those AP,EP ,cm but the error i am
facing is when I run the job it is being held and negotiator log is
displaying following authenticaton error :

nDC_AUTHENTICATE: required authentication of 10.125.1.72 failed:
AUTHENTICATE:1003:Failed to authenticate with any
method|AUTHENTICATE:1004:Failed to authenticate using
SSL|AUTHENTICATE:1004:Failed to authenticate using
SCITOKENS|AUTHENTICATE:1004:Failed to authenticate using
KERBEROS|AUTHENTICATE:1004:Failed to authenticate using
IDTOKENS|AUTHENTICATE:1004:Failed to authenticate using
FS|FS:1004:Unable to lstat(/tmp/FS_XXXwSkOQx)
  I am new user kindly help me asap.
