Hi all,

AFAIS the issue is not necessarily Condor related but due to the 
(unfortunate) cgroup design decisions to count all pages including 
cached pages.

There should be a knob upcoming with 23.10 that includes an option to 
sum up a memory footprint from the detailed cgroup statics virtual file 
excluding cached pages [1].
