that was my first guess too but I only find: 

set_Requirements = Base0Requirements && (OpSysAndVer =?= SysDefaultOS)

In one of the transforms 

And 

JobMachineAttrs = Arch CondorVersion CpuModel Machine Memory Cpus OpSysAndVer TotalCpus TotalDisk TotalMemory

Does that make any sense ?

Hi Christoph:

I *think* HTCondor only sets OpSysAndVer in the machine slot ads, and 
never in the job ads. Is it possible that you have a submit transform 
that is setting this in the job ad?
