	Shoot!  I should have been clearer about this.  For now, they're 
just included in the 23.x (feature) series releases of the htcondor 
bindings.

	I assume you're referring to the bindings from that version here, 
installed through PyPI?  We just found and fixed a problem with the (new)
Python bindings on Mac:

but I can't tell if that matches your symptoms or not.
