[HTCondor-users] Install new python bindings

Hi

I'm looking to install the htcondor2, classad2 packages Todd presented 
at HT24.

I don't see them in PYPI.

What is the best way to install them into a conda environment?

Also is htcondor 23.8.1 a Linux only package? It doesn't seem to install 
on my Mac. Should IÂ care?
