Depending on the OS and if Condor has root, it may not report
ProportionalSetSize. On cgroup-enable system, the MemoryUsage
reported is the physical memory usage of all the processes on the
system, which is very similar to PSS.

Hello,
I've found that the condor version on SL7 is actually same as on
RHEL9. I got the versions from the submit hosts instead of from the
worker nodes. So all the relevant worker nodes, who reports the PPS
usage, are running the same v23.9.5 / RHEL9.4 on all WNs.
Thank you,
Yun-Ha
