[HTCondor-users] remotely submit a job to a remote schedd that has no domain name

Hi Experts,

We have several small sites. The schedd and cm machine of these sites have no domain name but only IP address.

We hope to submit jobs to these remote schedd from our end. But I failed to submit with these tries:

condor_submit submit -remote 10-1-8-48.ceni.cn -addr <10.1.8.48:9618> (I guess the -addr is misused)

condor_submit submit -remote 10-1-8-48.ceni.cn -pool 10.1.8.48:9618 (the -pool can not recgonize ip address)

Do any expert have expirience with this problem? Thanks for any suggesstion!
