is missing in the EL9 repo (it is present in EL7 + 8 repos).

Hi Luke,

That I can't answer.  However, I do know the OSDF client is written in go -- hence, in a pinch / if you're stuck, you could use the EL8 version on an EL9 machine while it's being looked at.

The HTCondor team is pleased to announce the release of HTCondor 10.2.0.
This release contains all of the changes from the 10.0.1 LTS release.

Changes in the release include:
- Preliminary support for Enterprise Linux 9
- Preliminary support for cgroups v2
- Can now set minimum floor for number of CPUs that a submitter gets
- Improved validity testing of Singularity/Apptainer runtime
- Improvements to jobs hooks, including new PREPARE_JOB_BEFORE_TRANSFER hook
- OpenCL jobs now work inside Singularity, if OpenCL drivers are on the host
