    In the Version History and Release Notes section of the HTCondor
    Manual, there is always a subsection listing items an admin should
    be aware of when upgrading from a Long Term Support (LTS) series
    version X to LTS version X+1.  
    
    So here is upgrading from 8.8.x to 9.0.x :
