Hello,

I'm trying to set the quota for a group but it doesn't work:

condor_config_val -debug -rset 
"GROUP_QUOTA_DYNAMIC_group_ALICE.alice=0.40"

Attempt to set configuration 
"GROUP_QUOTA_DYNAMIC_group_ALICE.alice=0.40" on master 
condor1atlas.nipne.ro 
<192.168.181.11:9618?addrs=192.168.181.11-9618&noUDP&sock=19019_07d1> 
failed.

Do you know what I'm doing wrong?
