would you mind making HTCondor's Debian packaging team-maintained under 
the umbrella of the Debian HPC Team [0]? This is also the place where 
other resource management systems (like SLURM and Gridengine) are 
maintained in Debian. It might help in keeping HTCondor's Debian 
packaging up-to-date.
